As an independent benefits broker and trusted advisor/consultant I having been helping businesses with their employee benefit plans and health insurance options for over 20 years. I help employers wade through the chaotic world of employee benefits compliance and by developing benefit strategies to minimize health plan costs, educate employees to better understand and value their benefit plans and continually assessing all markets and options available to small and large employers alike, including partial-self funding, buy-downs, level funding, Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), and other alternative funding arrangements.
